Textile machinery warping machine [partial warping machine/rewinding machine 'KGA163C']

High-precision steel drum! It is also compatible with special high-tension fabrics such as high-end textiles and precision fabrics. It is also ideal for towel fabrics.

The "KGA163C" is a partial warping machine/winding machine that controls warping and winding with an AC converter, enabling uniform tension management during high-speed operation. The warping servo transmission employs a double servo motor ball screw structure, achieving high response speed and high precision. With just a single button press, it can automatically perform band positioning and starting point positioning. It is not only suitable as a warping device for various weaving machines such as rapier looms, projectile looms, water jet looms, and air jet looms, but also ideal for development purposes. 【Features】 ■ Adoption of a clamping-type disc brake with a special hydraulic device in the warping machine ■ Automatic control of winding tension using a band brake with a precision valve ■ The warp beam can maintain a constant distance during warping automatically ■ The forward and backward movement of the warp beam is controlled by an AC digital servo motor and ball screw rod, equipped with a press roller and sensors *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
